Lakeside Wooden House

This project presents a wooden countryside house designed as a secluded leisure retreat located on the shore of a private lake.

The concept was developed to create a calm and comfortable living environment integrated into an expansive natural landscape.

The house is situated on a large private property that includes forested areas and a water body. Particular attention was given to the harmony between architecture and landscape, visual openness to nature, and a relaxed atmosphere suitable for weekend stays and seasonal use rather than permanent residence.

The design incorporates a comprehensive leisure and wellness program, including two saunas with different temperature regimes, a swimming pool, and dedicated relaxation areas. The spatial organization supports short-term stays, recreation, and social interaction within a natural setting.

The attic level partially serves as a sleeping area for temporary accommodation of guests, while the basement level is designed for vehicle parking, boat storage, and auxiliary functions. Architectural and interior solutions emphasize natural materials, functional clarity, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

The result is a secluded lakeside retreat that combines thoughtful architecture, natural materials, and a close relationship with the landscape into a cohesive and refined concept.
