Compact House

This project focuses on the organization of a courtyard for a small residential house under conditions of very limited available space.

The task was to accommodate multiple outdoor functions within a compact area while maintaining clarity, comfort and usability.

The design includes a grill area, a leisure zone, a swimming pool and additional auxiliary structures. Careful space planning defines the functional zones, optimizes circulation and ensures efficient use of every square meter.

The result is a compact yet fully functional courtyard concept that integrates diverse outdoor activities within a limited footprint and supports comfortable everyday use.
