An apartment for a young family

This project is a modern apartment for a young family with one child. The scope included consultation during the property selection stage and comprehensive space planning.

I became involved at an early stage, assessing and comparing two separate one-bedroom apartments to determine their potential for being combined into a single living space.

Before the purchase, the layouts were analysed in terms of spatial logic, zoning opportunities and long-term usability. After the property was acquired, the apartment was completely replanned to clearly separate private and shared areas, improve circulation and enhance overall functionality.

The result is a cohesive, well-structured apartment concept with an efficient planning solution, developed from the initial assessment through to a design ready for implementation.
