This project presents a modern apartment designed for a family with one child, developed with pre-purchase consulting and space planning support.

At the initial stage, the property's layout potential was carefully analysed in terms of functionality, zoning possibilities and adaptability to the family's lifestyle.

After acquisition, a comprehensive layout redesign was carried out to establish a clear separation between private and shared areas. Particular attention was given to creating a comfortable children's space, integrating storage solutions and optimising circulation between key functional zones.

The interior is based on principles of restrained contemporary aesthetics, efficient use of space and long-term practical comfort. The planning decisions ensure a balanced relationship between open communal areas and private rooms.

The result is a cohesive and well-structured residential concept tailored to family living and ready for implementation.
